Time Accounts
Under Time Accounts, various accounts such as working hours, overtime, vacation, rest days, public holidays, etc. are displayed in detail. Which accounts are displayed depends on the respective contract.

ACTUAL: Hours actually worked. TARGET: Contractually agreed hours. Entitlement: Entitlement to various time off such as vacation or rest days. Difference: Deviation between actual and agreed hours. Correction: Manual adjustments or corrections to the hours. Balance: Current balance after all factors are taken into account.
This makes it possible to keep track of working hours, overtime, vacation entitlements, and other relevant time accounts, and to identify any discrepancies.
If discrepancies are found, they must be corrected in the Time Entries, in past periods, or through a manual correction.
