Chat

Enjoy direct, private conversations with your employees. Send text messages, share images, and keep communication flowing with our 1:1 chat feature.

Coordinate work, share updates, and build team cohesion across your organization with our group chat feature. Keep everyone on the same page at all times.

Surveys

Send single-choice, multiple-choice, or free-text questions to employees. This feature is primarily used through the mobile app.

Forms

Forms are useful for handling recurring requests. For example, if an employee changes their address, they can submit the update through a form. Designated employees can also receive a notification as soon as a form is submitted. The collected data can be reviewed in JobDone or exported as a CSV or Excel file.
