Warnings

Custom warnings can be created in JobDone. These warnings are organized into different categories:

• Shift warnings: For example, when minimum break requirements are not met or the maximum shift duration is exceeded.
• Work warnings: For example, when maximum working hours are exceeded or the minimum rest period between shifts is not observed.
• Absence warnings: For example, when the minimum number of absences is not reached.
• Balance warnings: For example, when a balance exceeds a defined threshold.

Under "Warnings," you can review the configured warnings for the selected cost centers. Results are displayed in a flexible table that can also be configured as a pivot table — making it easy to manage and analyze warnings at a glance.
