Engagement

Under "Engagement" you'll find the Highlights feature. Highlights let you send automated messages to employees — whether it's a welcome message or a birthday greeting. This feature helps strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.

After a Highlight is sent, you can track its effectiveness: how many people were reached, how many opened it, and how many responded.

There is also the Forms feature. Here you can create and edit forms, and review submitted responses.
