Structural Adjustments (Checklist)

Group Name Changes (Company/Location, etc.)

Cost center remains the same.

1. Adjust structure names (e.g., "123 Group A" to "123 Group B"). (JD)
2. Rename cost center title. (JD)
3. Rename Circle if necessary. (Customer)
4. Check handovers. (Customer)
5. Rename Intelligence if necessary. (Customer)
6. Check File Drives. (Customer)

Group Closure (Company/Location, etc.)

1. If it does not already exist, create a new group in the structure: "Closed Operations". (JD)
2. Move the group to "Closed Operations". (JD)
3. Remove groups and teams from exports if necessary. (Customer)
4. Check memberships in the old structure. (Customer)
5. Archive Circle. (Customer)
6. Archive File Drive. (Customer)

Structural Expansion

1. Set up new groups and teams in JobDone. (JD)
2. If an interface to an accounting system such as Abacus exists: (JD)
   • Extend the new structure part in the accounting system.
   • Update the mapping of the accounting system ↔ JobDone interface.
   • Let memberships be assigned automatically via mapping.
3. Check rules (verify whether a team needs to be added to a rule). In some cases, this must be done in the backend. (Customer, possibly JD)
4. Check warnings (verify whether a team needs to be added to a warning). (Customer)
5. Check special times: (JD)
   • Surcharges for night shifts.
   • Surcharges for public holidays.
6. Check events (teams must be assigned to events). (Customer)
7. Event group: The team must be explicitly assigned to the event group (groups cannot be used). (Customer)
8. Check custom export templates (verify whether the team needs to be added). (Customer)
9. Assign memberships in the new structure part (manually or automatically via the interface). (Customer / Interface)
10. Create a Circle and assign permissions. (Customer)
11. Add the new structure to Intelligence. (JD)
12. Create File Drive. (Customer)
