We are pleased to send you the latest updates on JobDone:

Web App

1. Option to schedule by Organization user.

2. New functionalities and improvements for Schedule:

   • Copy-paste functionality for faster scheduling.
   • Updated design of action buttons in the new Schedule.
   • Entries from other teams are shown in the new Schedule.
   • Edit template functionality in the new Schedule.
   • Added workload in employee details.
   • Added grey color when a user has no active contract in the new Schedule.
   • Option to show events in Schedule as an entry.
   • Mark updated shifts that differ from the template.
   

3. Option to fill up empty days, for example L-GAV Ruhetage.

   

4. New filters in the Warnings page.

5. Option to add IDs to Time Balance Export.

6. Possibility to set balances to 0 automatically, when an employee leaves the company.

7. New option to upload avatar in profile.
