Update
Dear JobDone User,
In January, this release improves how employees access information, documents, and communication across web and mobile. It also adds new controls for work balance, absences, File Drive security, and Circle content.
Knowledge Base & File Drive

JobDone Knowledge Base: Articles can be created and maintained as an internal wiki, with access shared by organization, team, or group.

File Drive: File Drive access can be enabled for archived employees so they can still open shared documents such as payslips.

Additional authentication: Additional authentication can be enabled for employee folders in File Drive. On mobile, access is protected through local authentication such as Face ID, Touch ID, or PIN.
Work Balance & Absences

Work balance warnings: Get alerts when past work hours and future planned shifts go beyond set limits.

Shift-to-absence conversion: Additional options are available when converting shifts into absences, so special cases can be represented more accurately.

Documents for absences: When attachments are enabled for an Absence Type, documents can be attached directly to absences.
Circles

Events in Circle Posts: Events can be linked in Circle Posts. Employees can manage their participation directly from the post.
Mobile App
- Circle Posts: Circle Posts can be configured to appear as a pop-up when users open the mobile app.
- Circle Events and Circle Polls: Circle Events and polls are now supported in the mobile app.
- Knowledge Base: Knowledge Base articles are easier to access on mobile, including access checks and viewing important guides.
