Update
Dear JobDone User,
At the end of the year, we rolled out another set of improvements designed to make day-to-day work easier for planners, managers, and reporting teams. The focus was on clearer scheduling workflows, better reporting visibility, and more reliable time tracking processes.
Web App

Match Mode: Match Mode is now available in Resource View and Grid View. It shows suitable employees for shifts and helps assign shifts faster.

Shift Invites: Audiences for shift invites can be selected more easily. Invites can be created and sent in bulk.

Vacation Reduction Export: A Vacation Reduction Export is available for payroll and HR processes. It helps prepare vacation reductions based on absences and contract data.

Dashboard: The dashboard now shows approvals, pending requests, open shifts, and work adjustments in a clearer layout.

Time Entries: The Time Entries table was stabilized and technically optimized. Grouped rows, display, actions, and exports now behave more reliably.

Notes: Notes can now be added directly to the employee.

Absence views: Absence drawers now show additional statistics, yearly values, and employee details more directly.
Mobile App
- My Requests: Requests and pending approvals are easier to see by team on mobile. Work adjustment details were also added.
- Work adjustments: Work adjustments can now be requested and reviewed directly in the mobile app.
