Update
Dear JobDone User,
In February, we released new options for reporting, forms, team communication, and JobDone Academy. At the same time, contract settings, exports, and assistant workflows became more flexible for everyday work across teams.
Reports & Exports

Downloads: The report settings used for a download can now be viewed directly.

Absence export: The absence export now includes a consecutive counter, making absence data easier to review and process.

Exports: In the Abacus Time Entry Export, selected employees can now be excluded from the export.

Fluctuation report: The new report helps review and monitor employee turnover.
Forms & Contracts

Forms and Surveys: Possibility to mark a completed form as incomplete.

Day boundaries: Contract settings now support configurable day boundaries, for example whether times before or after midnight are assigned to the previous or next day.

Assistant: Employee details can now be opened directly in the Assistant without leaving the current workflow.

Shift Drawer: The Shift Drawer now shows shift applications and expressions of interest directly.

Team selection: The team selection limit is increased to up to 15 teams in Dashboard, Time Tracking, Reports, Absence Yearly View and up to 2 weeks view in Schedule.
Academy & Communication

JobDone Academy: JobDone Academy learning videos are available directly in JobDone.

Group chats: Group chats can now also be created using teams or structures from the organization structure.
